It will be re-released with a new pattern carved in September 2024.​ The atmosphere has changed slightly from the previous model, and the expression has become softer.

 This pattern depicts a ``snow bearer'' whose branches and leaves are covered with snow. The highlight of this pattern is the expression of fine powder snow all over the surface and the simple structure of the branches. You can enjoy the arrangement of the branches as if it were a painting. This ``yukimochi'' was originally created as a pattern for yukata. Did it look cool under the midsummer sun?

Regarding the reissued tenugui

'Reproduced tenugui' is originally used for yukata.

Using traditional small pattern Ise paper stencils,

This is a newly reproduced item with a traditional dyeing technique applied as a tenugui.

The Ise paper stencils designated as important intangible cultural assets are,

not just as a template for dyeing
