Thank you very much to all the customers who came to our store on September 9th (Sat) and 10th (Sun) for the Kineya-san tabi order event. The next meeting is scheduled for next spring. You can try Kineya Tabi samples up to 25.0 cm at our physical store. Although the price is slightly different from the order event, we will continue to accept orders for tabi by trying on samples. If you are interested, please let us know before your visit.

*Please note that custom requests such as tabi size 25.5 or higher and adjustments to the position of kohaze will only be accepted at Hakineya Tabi stores. Additional orders from those who have already placed an order can be accepted at any time.

Now that you know your size, why not have your own unique tabi made? We have more than 30 types of African fabrics available at our store to make tabi socks. It will take approximately 2 months for the item to be completed. We also accept orders for original tabi from Enshu Tsumugi along with African fabrics. *The order session will be held until the 17th (Sunday), but if you have not yet seen a tabi professional, please make a reservation for 9th (Sat.) and 10th (Sun.)! The expected delivery date for ordered tabi is late October for white tabi, and late November for custom-made patterned tabi.

It is difficult to make a promise and basically we cannot accept requests for detailed patterns, but if you have a general direction, etc., please bring a larger piece of fabric and have it delivered on September 9th (Sat) and 10th (Sun). Please make a reservation on the day when Yatabi-san is in store.

[About the fabric material]

We do not accept tailoring from thick fabrics such as thick canvas, gauze, silk, lace fabrics, etc. In addition, there are some suppliers who do not allow secondary processing of tenugui, and there are concerns about the strength of all sizes, so we basically exclude tenugui. Reservations are required for the 9/9 and 9/10 Omitate parties, so please make a reservation using the profile reservation form or message.

Would you like to try making a half-width obi?

Half-width belt usually starts from 23,980 (21,800 + tax), but until September 18th (Monday), 3,800 off is available from 19,800 (18,000)

*The basic length is 4m and the width is 16.5cm, but if you are making a custom order, the width and length of the obi can be negotiated.

The obi is scheduled to be finished in late October.

Our original half-width belts are carefully selected from high-quality Japanese-made Mikawa cores. All the tailoring is done with care by professional obi tailors in Japan.
