number Hannya Amen Netsuke / Netsuke * Comes in a special luxurious box
The netsuke is a part of ``Hannya Amen'' from ``Ekyodai Awase Kagami'' by Kuniyoshi Utagawa, an ukiyo-e artist who was active at the end of the Edo period.
This ukiyo-e is based on the theme of shadow puppets that can be pasted on the front and back of a folding fan, and when two cats overlap, it looks like the profile of a Hannya.
The charm part of the netsuke faithfully reproduces the cat's fur pattern in ukiyo-e style.
The netsuke board features a silhouette of a Hannya mask, so you can enjoy looking at it even when you are not wearing it. Enjoy playful coordination by wearing the works of Kuniyoshi Utagawa, who is said to have been a huge cat lover.
Motive size Board: approximately 53mm vertical × 30mm horizontal / Cat: approximately 35mm vertical × 19mm horizontal
Chain: approximately 7cm
Material: Pewter
